基于大数据和云计算建立国际班实习生临床带教新模式探讨 被引量:4

The new clinical teaching model for international trainees based on big data and cloud computing

摘要 目的探讨大数据和云计算在国际班儿科实习生临床带教中的应用价值。方法选取36名国际班实习生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组18名。试验组采用"微视频"和"翻转课堂"的教学方法进行实习带教。对照组按照儿科学教学大纲规定的内容进行带教。2周实习结束后,对两组国际班学生进行实习成绩考核和实习满意度调查,比较两组的差异。结果试验组学生的实习成绩平均分为(85.3±10.2)分,对照组实习成绩为(74.5±9.2)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.376,P<0.05)。试验组实习满意度为(88.2±11.4)%,对照组实习满意度(74.3±7.2)%。差异有统计学意义(t=3.25,P<0.05)。结论基于云计算和大数据建立的"翻转课堂"和"微课程"技术,实现儿科学临床带教新模式,能提高实习学习效果和学生的满意度。 Objective To investigate the value of big data and cloud computing in teaching the pediatric students from international class.Methods A total of 36 students from international class were enrolled,which were randomly divided into experimental group(18 students)and control group(18 students).The new clinical teaching model of neural system diseases(such as cerebral palsy,mental retarda-tion,epilepsy and autism)was used in the experimental group,which was set up by the principle of “flipped classroom”and“micro curricu-lum”theory.Students in the control group were taught according to the teaching program of pediatrics.Efficiency of clinical learning,level of clinical knowledge and satisfaction of clinical learning between the two groups were assessed after 2 weeks.Results The language score of four diseases in the experimental group(85.3 ± 10.2)were significant higher than in the control group(74.5 ±9.2)(t =2.376,P <0.05).Degree of internship satisfaction in the experiment group(88.2 ± 11.4)were also higher than in the control group(74.3% ± 7.2),and the difference was statistically significant(t =3.25,P <0.05).Conclusion The new clinical teaching model for international trai-nees based on big data and cloud computing may improve the level of learning efficiency and student satisfaction.
