摘要
目的探讨药学干预对提高喹诺酮类药物合理应用的效果。方法采用药学干预模式,对安徽省妇幼保健院干预前后喹诺酮类药物处方合理性进行评价。结果药学干预后,医院喹诺酮类药物使用频度明显下降,且药物利用指数也更加合理,喹诺酮类药物不合理使用情况得到明显改善。主要革兰阴性菌对常用喹诺酮类抗菌药物左氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星耐药率均有所下降,其中铜绿假单胞菌干预前后耐药率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药学干预模式可以促进喹诺酮类药物的临床合理使用,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on the rational clinical application of quinolones. Methods The pharmaceutical intervention model was used,and the prescription rationality of quinolone drugs before and after the intervention was evaluated in our hospital. Results After intervention,the use frequency of quinolones in our hospital pharmacy decreased significantly,and drug utilization index was more reasonable. Drug resistance analysis results showed that the main gram negative bacteria clinical isolates in our hospital to commonly used quinolones levofloxacin,norfloxacin resistant rate decreased,and the Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant rate was statistically significant after the intervention to reduce the level of difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention combined with system of prescription evaluation model can significantly promote the clinical rational use of quinolones,and thus is worth hospital promotion.
