心脉隆注射液治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者疗效观察

Observation of curative effects on Xinmailong injection in aged patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨心脉隆注射液治疗老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床效果。方法选取老年CHF患者92例,随机分成治疗组(50例)与对照组(42例)。对照组患者进行常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组患者在常规抗心衰治疗基础上加用心脉隆注射液。对两组患者进行为期14 d的治疗,在治疗前、完成治疗后对比两组患者6 min步行距离以及超声心动图检查的情况。结果完成14 d的治疗后,治疗组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);在6 min步行距离以及患者的左室射血分数水平方面获得了显著的提高(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脉隆注射液可有效改善老年CHF患者症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinmailong injection on treating aged patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods Ninety-two aged patients with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 50)and control group(n = 42). The control group received conventional treatment of anti-heart failure,and the treatment group received Xinmailong injection based on conven-tional treatment of anti - heart failure. Treatment period was two weeks. All patients underwent 6min walking test and echocardiography be-fore and after treatment. Results After treatment two weeks,total effective rate of Xinmailong group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0. 05);there was significant improvement in 6min walking distance and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in both groups(P < 0. 05). Compared with control group,there was more significant increase in 6 min walking distance and LVEF in treatment group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Xinmailong injection can effectively improve clinic symptoms of chronic heart failure in aged patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
