呼出气一氧化氮的测定及临床应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 1991年首次发现呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO)与哮喘的多项指标密切相关,其主要机制为过敏性炎症刺激物诱导呼吸道内皮细胞产生一氧化氮合成酶(NOs)增多,经过一系列氧化还原反应产生过量的NO。之后各国学者通过大量的实验证据表明,Fe NO测定可以作为一种非创伤性的方法直接量化气道炎症,并且逐渐应用于临床,本文重点阐述Fe NO的测定及临床应用。1 Fe NO的来源NO广泛存在人体组织中,
