FeNO检测在咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床应用进展 被引量：4

摘要 咳嗽变异性哮喘（cough variant asthma,CVA）是一种以慢性咳嗽为主要或唯一临床表现的一种特殊类型哮喘。常发生在夜间和凌晨,多为刺激性的干咳,持续时间超过8周,无明显的气喘、呼吸急促等'典型'哮喘症状,是引起慢性咳嗽的常见病因。临床上发病率较高,发病年龄较广,易被误诊为支气管炎,而延误治疗。约25%患者会进展成'典型'支气管哮喘[1-2]。CVA的诊断主要依赖于患者的临床症状、
