某医院门诊处方质量分析及点评

Analysis and comment on quality of outpatient prescription in a hospital

目的通过抽查某医院处方,了解门诊处方的整体质量和合理用药的基本状况。方法根据《处方管理办法》和《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》的规定要求,对所抽查处方进行回顾性统计、分析以及点评。结果随机抽查门诊处方6 000张,每张处方平均用药品种数为1.97种,使用抗菌药物的占21.15%,采用注射剂的占20.72%,基本药物占处方用药的57.31%,通用名药品占处方用药的100.00%,平均每张处方金额为87.91元,合理处方占抽查处方的93.70%。结论抽查医院门诊处方整体质量基本合格,但也存在一些不合理现象,有待进一步加强医院门诊处方用药管理。

Objective To understand the quality of outpatient prescription and the basic status of rational use of drugs through the review and analysis of the outpatient prescription selectiving examination in a hospital west from January 2013 to October. Methods According to'prescription management method'and'hospital prescription review management standard( Trial) 'the provisions of the requirements,retrospective statistical analysis was carried out on the spot check prescription choose relevant indicators. Results Selectived examination prescription 6000,the average number of each prescription drug varieties was 1. 97 kinds,21. 15% of patients used antibiotics,20. 72% used the injection,the basic drug utilization rate is 57. 31%,drug generic name use rate was 100. 00%,the average amount of each prescription is87. 91 yuan,the reasonable prescriptions rate of 93. 70%. Conclusion The quality of outpatient prescriptions in a hospital is basically qualified,but there are some unreasonable phenomenon,further strengthen the management of hospital outpatient prescription medication.
