骨组织工程的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 骨组织工程学是指应用生物学和工程学的原理,研究开发能修复维持和改善损伤组织功能的生物替代物的一门科学。骨组织工程的基本方法为,将干细胞在体外培养扩增,种植在具有良好生物活性、可降解的搭载材料上,培养一段时间后,移植到生物体内相应的部位,在体内继续生长繁殖并分泌细胞外基质,伴随材料的逐渐降解,最终新生的骨组织取代搭载材料,达到修复结构、恢复功能的目的。感染、创伤和肿瘤等导致的大段骨缺损的修复,是骨科临床面临的一大难题。
