自适应模式生物反馈训练联合护理干预对功能性便秘的干预效果

Effect analysis of adaptive biofeedback training together with nursing intervention on functional constipation

目的探讨自适应模式生物反馈训练(ABT)联合护理干预对功能性便秘(FC)患者的效果,为提高临床护理水平提供依据。方法选择2014年5月至2015年10月在安徽省立医院门诊就诊伴有矛盾性收缩的50例FC患者,对其进行ABT联合护理干预,每疗程5次,应用症状评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)分别评估患者干预前后的临床症状、精神状态的变化。结果 FC患者经ABT联合护理干预后的临床症状总分为(9.40±3.02)分,较干预前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中排便困难、粪便性状、排便时间、坠胀感、排便频率、腹胀的评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05)。患者干预后的SAS、SDS评分较干预前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ABT联合护理干预不仅可改善FC患者临床症状,还可以缓解其焦虑和抑郁症状,有效提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of adaptive biofeedback training( ABT) together with nursing intervention on functional constipation( FC),and provide evidences for improving our clinical nurses. Methods Fifty FC patients with dyssynergic defecation in the Outpatient Department from May,2014 to October,2015 were enrolled to receive ABT together with nursing intervention,5times every treatment course. Then their clinical symptoms,mental state before the treatment and at the end of treatment with AB together with nursing intervention were respectively evaluated by symptom score,self-rating anxiety scale( SAS),and self-rating depression scale( SDS). Results In the post-treatment with ABT together with nursing intervention,there was very significant decrease in total and subscale scores of clinical symptoms,including difficult defecation,abnormal appearance of defecation,defecation time,sensation of rectal tenesmus,defecation frequency,and abdominal distension( P < 0. 05). In addition,SAS and SDS were obviously decreased after treatment( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Adaptive biofeedback training together with nursing intervention can improve the clinical symptoms,relieve their anxiety and depression state,and improve the quality of life in patients with FC.
