摘要
目的优选五味温通除痹胶囊的水提工艺。方法以淫羊藿苷提取率和浸膏得率综合评分为指标,采用L9(34)正交设计,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对水提工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为:加10倍水,提取3次,每次1.0 h,淫羊藿苷提取率为(74.59±2.32)%,浸膏得率为(15.87±0.27)%。结论五味温通除痹胶囊的水提工艺简单、可行,可用于该制剂的工业化生产。
Objective To optimize water-extraction process of wuweiwentong chubi capsule. Methods With the extraction rate of icariin and the rate of extractum as indexes,water-extraction technology of wuweiwentong chubi capsule was optimized by the amount of water,extraction times and extraction time. Results Optimum water-extraction technology was as follows: extracted 3 times with 10 times water,1. 0 h each time,the extraction rate of icariin was( 74. 59 ± 2. 32) and the rate of extractum was( 15. 87 ± 0. 27). Conclusions Water-extraction technology of wuweiwentong chubi capsule was simple and feasible,which could be used for industrial production of the preparation.
