摘要
目的研究唇形科黄芩属植物韩信草Scutellaria indica L.的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱手段进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果从韩信草中分离得到5个黄酮类化合物,分别为芹菜素(1)、木犀草素(2)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(3)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(4)和hemipholin(5)。结论化合物3~5首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study on chemical constituents of genus of Labiatae Scutellaria Han grass Scutellaria indica L. Methods Chromatographic methods were used to isolate compounds fromScutellaria indica L,and spectroscopic methods were used to identify the structures. Results Five compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated. Respectively Apigenin( 1),Luteolin( 2),Apigenin-7-O- β-D- pyran glucuronide( 3) 、Luteolin-7-O-β-D-pyran glucuronide( 4) and hemipholin( 5). Conclusion Compounds 3~ 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
