摘要
在对云南省天保工程实施现状及实施过程中存在的困难与问题进行分析的基础上 ,从资金投入 ,政策落实与配套 ,保证工程质量 ,加强工程管理 ,寻找农村能源和木质品的替代资源 ,大力推进非木质资源的合理利用等方面 ,对今后天保工程的实施提出了建议。
Based on analyzing the current state, difficulties and problems encountered by Yunnan province while implementing Natural Forest Protection Project, from the following aspects, financial input, policy implementation, ensure of engineering quality, enforce the management of engineering, search for the replaceable resources of woody products, search for new rural energy, promote of reasonable utilization of non-timber forest products, some suggestions were put forward for future implementing of Natural Forest Protection Project of Yunnan province.
