摘要
采用微波加热 ,在高温高压下酸消解样品 ,运用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定大米中的汞元素。汞的最低检出限为 0 .0 2ng/mL。相对标准偏差为 0 .37%~ 2 .67% ,回收率为 93%~ 10 4 %。
In this paper a AFS method for the determination of mercury element in rice by microwave digestion was described.The determination limits of mercury element is 0.02ng/mL,relative standard deviation is in the range of 0.37%~2.67%.The recovery is in the range of 93%~104% .
