对国际著名的三大文献检索系统 Ei、SCI、ISTP的出版形式、收录和报道文献的学科范围及年报道文献量作了介绍和比较 .引用近期有关统计数据 ,介绍了我国被三大检索系统收录的论文数量、在世界上所处的地位和差距 .根据三大检索系统收录文献的原则和要求 。

The famous three principal indexes system include Ei, SCI and ISTP. Their several kinds of media, differences in coverage, characteristics, subjects field, etc. was described in this paper. Referring correlative value, numerical excerpted literature amount of China, difference and place in the world was analyzed. On principle of excerpted literature in three principal indexes system, some measures and approaches for excerpting are also described.
