摘要
许多情况下,水工建筑物无法在无水干燥条件下施工,而有水情况下一般砼材料难以胜任,单纯用高分子材料也有一定困难;本文对一类很有发展前途的新型材料—聚合物—砼材料的基本性能及其优越性作了介绍;结合我们自己研制的潮湿水下环氧树脂和水下不分散聚合物改性砼讲述了这类材料中聚合物的作用,提供了部分性能数据资料,分析了这种砼的作用机理,描述了聚合物—砼材料在水下建筑物中的应用,这类材料可用于浇筑水下砼建筑物,修补水下建筑物裂缝及伸缩缝,修补水下砼部件破损及缺陷等方面。
In many cases, it is impossible to construct hydraulic structure under dry circumstances. The nomal concrete is incompetent to use underwater, it's also inefficient to use polymer materials merely. In this paper, we introduced the main preperty and its advantages of a prospective new type material-Polymer-Concrete. Combine with our research work on underwater epoxy motar and nondispersible underwater concrete, we provided some property data, explained the effects of polymers, analysed the mechanism of these concrete and described the applies of polymer-concrete materials in underwater structures. These materials can be used in concrete placing of underwater structures, repairing of the crack and damaged part of the underwater structures.
