摘要 比较了传统的CCD图像传感器和近几年发展起来的CMOS图像传感器的优缺点;讨论了CMOS图像传感器的关键技术;概述了国内外CMOS图像传感器发展的现状,预测了CMOS图像传感器的发展方向。 In this paper the advantages and disadvantages are compared between traditionalCCD image sensors and recently developing CMOS image sensors. The key techniques for CMOSimage sensor are discussed. The current situation of the developing CMOS image sensor is summa-rized at home and abroad. Finally the developing orientations of CMOS image sensors are discussed.
