苯芴酮-CPB分光光度法测定微量铝

摘要 本文利用苯芴酮、表面活性剂CPB和铝生成络合物分光光度法测定微量铝,以pH=6的醋酸—醋酸钠为缓冲液,其络合物的摩尔吸光系数ω<sub>565</sub>=1.2×10<sup>5</sup>L/(mol·cm).用该法测定镁中微量铝,测定的灵敏度较高,稳定性好,最大变异系数为3.8%,回收率为92.5%~98%。 In this paper,a new method to determine aluminium by spectrophotometry is proposed. HAc-NaAc is used as buffer whose pH is 6. Phenyl-Fluorone(PF) and Cetyl-Pyridinium-Bromide(CPB) are added to form a complex with aluminium. At the working wavelength of 565 nm, its apparent molar absorptivity is 1. 2×105 L/(mol·cm). Under the optimum conditions the concentration of a-luminium in the range of 0-120×10-6 g/L is propertional to absorbance. This method has been used for determining trace aluminium in magnesium samples with satisfactory results.
