在热工测试基础上,利用热平衡方法对辊道窑燃烧带各段进行燃料分配计算,从中求得各段燃料消耗量,对烧咀型号及数量、分布具有较大指导意义;对窑炉热工制度的控制与稳定,寻求最适宜的烧成制度,使窑炉在节能、高效下运行具有一定的参考价值。

This paper studies how to make use of t he heating rule test and heat balance method to calculate the distri-bution of fuel in each section of roller hearth kiln and the amount of fuel e ach section consumes.This study is o f certain use in deciding the size,number and c onsumption of burner as well as in con trolling and stabilizing kiln heati ng rule and seeking the best burning system to en sure the efficiency of burner.
