横腹杆式预应力混凝土支柱代替钢支柱的探讨

摘要 介绍了接触网横腹杆式大容量预应力混凝土软横跨支柱的研制开发过程,说明了大容量混凝土支柱具有高强度、低造价、耐腐蚀、无维修的优异的技术性能及特点,并与镀锌钢支柱在技术经济指标等方面进行了分析比较。经在哈大、西康、朔黄、神朔等线路的大批量投入使用,证明了大容量混凝土支柱全面替代钢支柱的可行性,并提出了进一步推广使用的建议。 This paper makes an introduction to the research and development process of the large capacity pre - stressed concrete masts for cross and head spans of the catenary system (hereinafter referred as 'large capacity concrete masts'), gives a description of the high strength, low cost, non - corrosive and maintenance free technical performance and features of the said masts, and further conducts an analysis of and comparison with the galvanized steel masts in the aspect of techno -economic indices. The putting into massive use of the concrete masts on railways such as Harbin-Dalian line, Xi'an-Ankang line, Shuozhou - Huanghua line, Shenchi - Shuozhou line, etc. has proved viable using the large capacity concrete masts to replace the steel ones. And the oposal is furthermore made to disseminate the concrete masts.
