主要从成本费用预测和成本费用控制两方面着手,对施工企业工程造价的控制进行论述。成本费用预测常用的方法为定性预测和定量预测。通过利用原有资料和依靠专业人员的经验,对成本费用进行定性预测;利用数学模型,对成本费用进行定量预测。成本费用控制常用的方法为PDCA管理循环法、价值工程法。此文通过工程实例,采用价值工程法,论述成本费用的控制。

This paper gives a description of the engineering cost control of construction enterprises in the aspect of cost forecast and cost control. The methods commonly used for cost forecast are the qualitative forecast and quantitative forecast. The qualitative forecast of cost is taken by making use of the original data and relying on the experience of professionals while the quantitative forecast of cost is taken by making use of the mathematical model. The commonly used methods of cost control are the PDCA management cycling method and the value engineering method. The cost control is then described through living examples and by using the value engineering method.
