摘要
都匀毛尖茶具有悠久的应用历史和独特品质及品牌价值,然而现代研究较少。本文对都匀毛尖茶(Duyun Maojian Tea)的发展历史、应用现状、生产工艺、化学成分和栽培育种等方面进行了较全面的综述,为都匀毛尖茶的进一步深入研究和开发提供参考。
Duyun Maojian Tea has been widely used in China for a long history.It has unique quality and brand value,however,modern research on the tea is not enough.In this article we summarizes the recent progress of Duyun Maojian Tea,including development history,application status,production,chemical constituents and breeding.
