摘要
本文从铁路电气化专业工程监理的性质、实施细则的编制、工程项目监理在施工阶段的实施以及监理总结等方面 ,论述了进行铁路电气化工程监理的必要性 。
From the viewpoints of the property of supervision for the electrification engineering projects,working out the implement regulations, the implementation of supervision on engineering items in construction stage, the summary of supervision, etc, the necessity of supervision on railway electrification engineering projects has been expounded. At the same time,the particular suggestions are proposed concerned with its operation and the existing problems
