摘要
本文介绍了香港利丰公司供应链管理的做法,并对其成功的经验进行了总结与归纳,结合我国企业的具体情况,提出了在我国实施供应链管理要解决的几个关键问题。
This paper aims to introduce the prac ti ce of supply chain management in Ho ng Kong Li &Fung Company,meanwhile,its su ccessful experien ce is summarized and generalized.By connecting with actual s ituation of Chinese enterprises,the author points out t hat several key issues should be solv ed in regards to the practice of suppl y chain management in Chin a.
