天然牙-牙种植体联合桥面力点不同对种植体周骨应力的影响

Occlusal stress Points on Fixed Bridge of Tooth and Implants

目的 :揭示天然牙 -牙种植体联合桥面力点不同对牙种植体周围骨的应力影响。方法 :采用三维有限元的方法进行试验分析。结果 :固定桥面力点不同 ,牙种植体周骨应力分布规律及应力值不同 ,力点远离种植体 ,则拉应力值明显增加。结论 :设计天然牙 -牙种植体联合桥时不仅需消除咬合高点 ,而且咬合接触点分布应主要靠近牙种植体 。

Objective:To explore the occlusal stress on the fixed bridge of natural and implants and the influnce of the stress distribution on adjacent mechanical loading.Medthod:Test and were made analysis were made by the method of three_dimensional finite element analysis.Result:The tensile stress was found to increase significantly when the occlusal stress point was not close to the implant.Conclusion:Absence of abnormally high occlusal points,closeness between the occlusal points and the implant,and reduction of side direction force were of special importance for arrangement of the natural teeth,implant,and fixed ring bridge into balanced occlusion.
