摘要
应用乙腈/0.5%高氯酸的体积比率为35∶65为流动相,在Kromasil色谱柱上,以苯甲酸为内标,建立了以邻氨基苯甲酸为原料合成硫代水杨酸的高效液相色谱分析方法。硫代水杨酸,邻氨基苯甲酸的相对标准偏差分别为0.19%,0.97%,硫代水杨酸的进样量在0.1~5.0μg内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000),邻氨基苯甲酸的进样量在0.3~15.0μg内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。
A HPLC analysis for thiosalicylic acid synthesis with o-benzaminic acid as a raw material is established with acetonitrile /0.5%perchloric aicd at vol.ratio 35∶65as a flow phase on Kromasil chroma tographic columns,with benzoic acid as an internal standard.Relative standard deviation of thisalicylic acid and o-benzaminic acid is respectively 0.19%and 0.97%.Admission amount of thiosalicylic acid in 0.1~5.0μg is in good linear(r =1.000)relation,admission of o-benaminic acid in 0.3~15.0μg is in good linear(r =0.9999)relation.
