燃油锅炉结垢物分析及其成因的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 通过对茂名乙烯工业公司蒸汽锅炉燃料油中有关杂质和结垢物的组成分析及模拟结垢实验 ,结果表明 ,锅炉结垢物的组成和结构与燃料油中杂质和所在部位的温度关系密切 ,炉膛中的莫来石型结垢物是燃料油中硅铝催化剂在高温下转变成沉积而成 ,过热器和内省煤器的结垢物主要是钒酸盐类化合物 ,外省煤器结垢物主要是硫酸铝类化合物。 By analyzing both the impurities of heating oil used in the steam-boilers in Maoming Ethylene Industry Company and the components of boiler filthes,and also by simulating the experiment for transformation of boiler filthes,we have found that the components and kinds of the boiler filth have close relations to the temperatures of their positions in the boiler. Mullite-type filthes are formed in the inside of steam boilers.They grow gradually by high temperature transformation of Si-Al catalysts.Vanadate-type compounds are accumulated mainly at the over-steamheaters and in-heat exchangers.Aluminum sulfates exist mostly at the out-heat exchangers
