摘要
随着化肥施用水平的提高以及氨用途的增加 ,合成氨生产技术有了很大的改进。根据国内外现有合成氨装置生存竞争中的现状 ,为了生存和发展 ,小型合成氨厂的改造迫在眉睫。笔者针对小氮肥装置由年产 2 .5万a改造为年产 6万a规模的改造过程中合成工段的改造作了简要分析。设计着重于工艺流程的优化和主要设备的选型。使改造后的合成系统达到增产节能的目的。
With the increasing of fertilizer and ammonia , the technology of ammonia synthesis has developed greatly.According to the current states of worldwide ammonia plant in competition, the small ammonia plant's construction is urgent for the development and existence .The paper analyzes that how to select the process and the main equipment in improving the output from 25?000?t/a to 60?000?t/a in brief .The design presents optimization of process flow and the main equipment choices . The rebuilt plant has increased production, and saved resources.
