摘要
介绍新型低温耐硫变换催化剂QCS 0 6在模拟“煤代油”工业条件下的工业侧线试验 ,结果表明该催化剂具有较高的抗水合性、结构和活性稳定性 ;同时还表现出强度保留率高、碱金属流失率低等特点 ,可以满足新工艺流程对耐硫低变催化剂性能的要求。
This paper presents the industrial side test of new type low temperature CO sulfur tolerant shift catalyst QCS 06 under simulated'coal substituting oil'industrial conditions which shows that the catalyst has high hydration resistance,structure and activity stability as well as high strength remnant and low alkali metal bleed rate to satisfy the requirements of the new process procedure for low temperature sulfur tolerant shift catalyst
