哮喘儿童气质类型与社会生活能力关系的研究及干预措施

Study on the relationship between characteristic type of child with asthma and the ability of social life and it's intervention method

目的探讨哮喘儿童气质类型与社会生活能力的相关性与影响因素 ,并采取健康教育等综合护理。方法采用儿童气质量表 (PTQ)、婴儿—初中生社会生活能力量表对 115名哮喘儿童进行了气质类型及社会生活能力调查。结果哮喘儿童气质为易养型者社会生活能力明显高于难养型及启动缓慢型者。结论哮喘儿童气质类型对社会生活能力可产生影响 ,家长及教师在培养哮喘儿童良好的社会生活能力前 ,应首先了解其气质类型 ,并根据其哮喘儿童气质类型实施健康教育 ,进行相应的适应性调适。

Objective To explore the relationship and affecting factors between characteristic type of child with asthma and the ability of social life,and intervention method such as health education.Method 115 child with asthma were surveyed on characteristic type and social life ability by PTQ,infant middle school social life ability table.Result The social ability for child with easy characteristics type are much more higher than that of difficulty and slow starting characteristic type.Conclusion the social life ability for child with asthma was affected by characteristic type,Understand child's characteristic type in advance by parents and teacher are very important for social life ability training for child with asthma,suitable healty education method should be adapted according to clild's characteristic type.
