摘要
目的 研究钴肟类辅酶B12 模型化合物的电化学性质。方法 用循环伏安法研究了钴肟类模型化合物RCo(DMG) 2 ·L(R =n -C3 H7、i-C4 H9、n -C4 H9、n -C5H11、c -C6H11、PhCH2 、Cl,DMG =丁二酮肟 ,L =H2 O)的电化学性质。结果 RCo (DMG) 2 ·L的循环伏安图表明 ,其氧化还原过程伴随两个准可逆氧化还原反应 (1)和 (2 ) ,并伴随Co -C键的断裂 ,且随R的推电子能力增强 ,其氧化还原电位变负。结论 钴肟类化合物是适宜的辅酶B12 模型。
Objective Studied on Electrochemical Properties of Alkylcobaloxime B 12 Model.Methods The Electrochemical Properties of Alkylcobaloxime Complexes RCo (DMG)2·L, were R=n-C 3H 7、i-C 4H 9、n-C 4H 9、n-C 5H 11 、c-C 6H 11 、Ph CH 2 and L=H 2O containing the equatorical ligand dimethylglyoxime were studied by cyclic voltammetry. Results Two cathodic-anodic peak system〔(1)and(2)〕 were recorded due to quasi-reversible charge transfer processes and the cleavage of Co-C band can be deduced.It is concluded that values of potentials are decreased with the enhancement of eletron-donoring ability of axial R groups. Conclusion The Alkylcobaloxime Complexes were appropriate to Coenzymes B 12 Models.
