苏木对大鼠同种异位心脏移植外周血IL-2、IL-6的影响及病理形态学观察

EFFECT OF SAPPAN WOOD ON IL-2 AND IL-6 IN BLOOD OF RAT WITH ALLOGENIC HEART TRANSPLANTATION AND OBSERVATION ON PATHOMORPHOLOGY CHANGE

目的 :观察苏木对同种异位心脏移植大鼠外周血细胞因子IL - 2、IL - 6水平的影响及病理形态学改变。方法 :以Wistar大鼠为供体 ,以SD大鼠为受体 ,建立大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植模型 ,分为模型组、苏木组、CsA组 ,应用ELISA法检测外周血细胞因子IL - 2、IL - 6水平及病理观察。结果 :苏木能明显降低大鼠外周血IL -2、IL - 6的含量 ,改善病理形态学改变。结论 :苏木水煎剂有明显的抗免疫排斥作用 ,可能是通过降低IL - 2、IL-

Objective:To observe the effect of Sappan Wood on the levels of cell factor IL-2 and IL-6 in blood of rats with allogenic heart transplantion.Methods:Take Wistar rat as offeror and SD rat as receptor to build the model of abdominal allogenic heart transplantation and divide them into model group,Sappan group and CsA grorp.the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in blood weve determired.Results:Sappan Wood could obviously reduce the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in blood of rats.Conclusions:Sappan Wood has an obvious effey on anti-immun rejection,which gives rein to immunodepression probably by reducing the secretion of IL-2 and IL-6.
