摘要
目的 :研究富含金的中间介质对Ni-Cr合金与瓷结合强度的影响并探讨其作用机理。方法 :采用Blend goldNeu金泥糊剂作为Ni-Cr合金与瓷的中间介质 ,通过剪切试验评价使用和未使用金泥糊剂两组试件Ni-Cr合金与瓷的结合强度 ;扫描电镜观察两组试件界面结合形貌并运用能谱仪检测Ni -Cr合金与瓷内Ni、Cr、Al、Si及Au元素的扩散分布情况。结果 :使用金泥糊剂组的Ni-Cr合金与瓷的结合强度为 (2 9.92 3± 1.395 )MPa,未使用金泥糊剂组为 (19.997± 1.82 8)MPa ,二者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;使用金泥糊剂组的界面失败形式为内聚性失败 ,未使用金泥糊剂组为粘附性失败 ;运用金泥糊剂后Cr氧化物在界面聚集成峰并改善了Al、Si等元素的扩散分布 ,有利于金属与瓷的化学结合。结论 :富含金的中间介质能通过改善Ni-Cr合金与瓷的物理和化学结合等多方面提高二者结合强度。
Objective:To study the effect of gold intermediate layer on bond strength of porcelain fused to Ni-Cr alloy and its mechanism.Methods:The bond strength of metal-porcelain of two groups of specimens with and without gold intermediate layer was measured by shear bond test and the interfacial state between Ni-Cr alloy and porcelain was observed by SEM.The ion concentration at interfacial zone, such as Ni?Cr?Al?Si?Au, was analysed by EDAX.Results:The shear bond strength of the specimens with and without gold intermediate layer were (29.923±1.395)MPa and (19.997±1.828)MPa respectively.The statistics showed that the bond strength of two groups had significant difference(P<0.01).The specimens with gold intermediate layer fractured in a cohesive manner and the specimen without gold intermediate layer fractured in a adhesive manner. The ion concentration profiles showed that an accumulation of Cr within the metal and the gold intermediate layer may broaden or suppress the diffusion of Cr?Al?Si between metal and porcelain .It was helpful to improve the chemical bond at the interface.Conclusions:The gold intermediate layer can significantly improve the bond strength of porcelain fused to Ni-Cr alloy by means of enhancing the mechanical and chemical bond.
