广西壮族正常青少年牙弓测量分析(模型研究Ⅱ)

Dental Arch Dimension Study of the Normal Occlusion Population of Guangxi Zhuangzu adolescents.

目的 :得出壮族正常牙合青少年牙弓宽度、长度、相关指数比率、腭盖高度等的均值及标准差 ,从而分析壮族人的牙弓形态特征。方法 :测量广西壮族正常牙合青少年的 10 0副牙牙合模型 (男女各 5 0副 )得出相关数据。测量结果进行统计学处理并与国内外的相关资料进行对比研究。结果 :壮族青少年牙弓宽度和长度除长度在切牙区外均男性大于女性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,腭盖高度男性大于女性 (P <0 .0 1) ,相关比率男女无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。壮族人的牙弓形态无论男女前部均较平 ,牙弓长度相对短 ,总体成方圆型。结论 :壮族青少年的牙弓形态有其独特特征 ,临床矫治时应考虑本地区的特点。

Objectives:To establish the norms with deviation of the arch widths,arch depths,ratios, palatal height of Zhuangzu adolescents with normal occlusion and analysis the characteristics in arch dimensions of Zhuangzu.Methods:100(50 males,50 females)dental models of Zhuangzu adolescents with normal occlusion were measured, the data were analyzed with statistic method and compared with that of different groups.Results:The arch widths and depths of males in Zhuangzu were significant larger than that of females expect the depths in incisor segment(P<0.05),and palatal height of males was greater than females too(P<0.01).There were no significant gender differences in ratios(P>0.05).The arch form of Zhuangzu was relatively plane in anterior segment and short in arch depths,the form was more square and less parabolic in average.Conclusions:There were distinguishing characteristics in arch dimensions in Zhuangzu adolescents and these ethnic differences should be considered during orthodontic treatment.
