摘要
目的 :对EM粘结剂银汞合金粘结充填进行实验及临床应用研究。方法 :①实验研究 :采用新鲜离体牙常规处理后将其分为A、B两组 ,其中A组 (实验组 )在充填汞合金前洞壁周围涂以薄层EM粘结剂 ,随即充填汞合金。B组 (对照组 )常规充填汞合金。经处理后采用扫描电镜和次甲基兰浓度测定的方法评价其疗效。②临床应用研究 :临床就诊患者前牙颊侧颈部 (Ⅳ )类洞患牙作为研究对象。A组 :经酸蚀后在洞壁周围涂以薄层EM粘结剂 ,吹匀随即以银汞合金充填。B组 :常规银汞合金充填。结果 :①实验研究 :无论是扫描电镜观察 ,还是次甲基兰浓度测定 ,都证实EM粘结剂的汞合金充填组的微漏明显减少。统计学处理具有显著统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。②临床应用研究 :经统计学处理证实采用EM粘结充填 (A组 )治疗效果明显优于常规充填 (B组 ) ,(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :无论是实验研究还是临床应用研究均证实EM粘结剂可做为汞合金充填的有效粘结剂 ,能够有效地减轻其微漏并增加其固位力。
Objective:To perform experiment and clinical study of EM dental adhesive for silver amalgam restortions.Methods:①Experiment study : teeth being disposed regularly were divided into two groups: A and B. Group A(test):was spread with EM dental adhesive before silver amalgam restorations. Group B(control): only was filled with silver amalgam.SZM was used to examine the effect.②Clinical study: the clinical patients was divided into two groups. A(test):after being eroded through acid, the cavity wall was spread with EM dental adhesive, then filled with silver amalgam. B(control):only was filled with silver amalgam.Results:both experiment and clinical study showed that using EM dental adhesive is effective (P<0.05).Conclusions:amalgam restoration bonded with the EM dental adhesive is practicable.
