摘要
目的 研究 艹猪 苓多糖抗小鼠HepA瘤细胞的可能机制。方法 采用免疫组化方法研究 艹猪苓多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16、Rb基因及TNF -α表达影响。结果 艹猪 苓多糖作用后 ,小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16基因表达蛋白 (P16蛋白 )表达显著增强 (P <0 .0 1) ;小鼠HepA瘤细胞Rb基因表达蛋白(P10 5 -Rb蛋白 )表达增强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,小鼠HepA瘤细胞TNF -α表达显著增强 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 艹猪 苓多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16、Rb基因及TNF -α表达有激活作用。对抑癌基因P16、Rb基因及TNF -α表达的激活可能是艹猪 苓多糖抗肿瘤的普遍机制之一。
Objective This article studied polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide effecting expressions on mouse HepA tumor cell P16?Rb gene and TNF-α,Further illustrated the antitumor function of polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide.Methods The study aclopted the immunohistochemical method.Results The findings indicated expression of mouse HepA tumor cell P16 gene increased obviously(P<0.01);expression of mouse HepA tumor cell Rb gene increased(P<0.05) and expression of mouse HepA tumor cell TNF-α increased obviously(P<0.01).Conclusions Polyporus umbellaus polysaccharide had actived on mouse HepA tumor cell P16?Rb gene and TNF-α.
