老年人胆囊炎、胆石症的全身炎症反应综合征和多器官功能障碍综合征的临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of Systemic Inflammatory Response syndrome(SIRS) and Multi-Organ Disfunction syndrome(MODS) in the Old-aged Patients with Cholecystitis and Choleliathiasis

目的 提高对老年人胆囊炎、胆石症引起全身炎症反应综合征和多器官功障碍综合征的认识及处理。方法 回顾分析我院近 5年来收治的 96例老年胆囊炎 ,胆石症病人 ,在积极治疗病因及合并症的同时 ,早期对病人心、肺、肝肾功能进行监护 ,以防止多器官功能障碍的发生 ,一旦发生及早作出诊断和治疗。结果 96例病人全身炎症反应综合征 (SIRS)发生率 38%。多器官功障碍综合征(MODS)发生率 7%,死亡率 2 %。比较对照组有显著差异。结论 在老年胆囊炎 ,胆石症的处理中 ,早期对各重要脏器进行功能监护及必要的支持和保护是十分重要的。

Objective To pay more attension to the systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome(SIRS)and Multi-Organ Disfunction Syndrome(MODS) due to old-aged cholecystitis and choleliathiasis.Methods 96 cases suffered from old-aged cholecystitis and choleliathiasis in the recent 5 years were reviewed.Heart,lung and kidney function was monitored in these patients.When the diagnosis of SIRS and MODS was made,we gave the patient suppporting cure.Results The occurrence rates of SIRS and MODS in the patients suffered from cholecystitis and choleliathiasis were 38% and 7% respectively,which is higher significantly than the control old-aged groups not suffering from cholecystitis and choleliathiasis.Conclusions It is very important for the patients with old-aged cholecystitis and choleliathiasis to monitor the function of multi-organs and to support and protect these organs.
