影响公交司机健康因素的探讨——全身振动对人体危害的研究

Study on health hazards among bus drivers-kind of human hazard induced by whole-body vibration

本文调查了317名公交司机和336名银行财会人员的病史和自觉症(?),发现司机患痔率明显升高,同时有耳鸣、失眠、心悸、手麻、恶心、上腹痛、胃酸过多、食欲不振、下背痛、上肢痛等症状。对37名司机和43名财会人员作抽样检查,发现司机患腰椎唇样增生显著,脊柱生理弧度消失,视野缩小,听力下降,肾下垂,运动神经传导速度减慢,甲皱微循环形态消失,尿中HVA含量降低等。我们认为,这些变化系由接触全身振动所致。

Histories and symptoms for 317 bus drivers and 336 bank accountants were investigated. It was found that the incidence of pile was significantly high accompanying with tinnitus, sleeplessness, palpitations, numbness of hand, nausea, upper-abdominal pain, gasiroxia, loss of appetite, lowback pain, uppcr-limb pain etc. Sampled physical examination on 37 bus drivers and 43 bank accountants shewed that in bus drivers there were obvious liplike proliferation in the lumber vertebra, loss of physiological radian of spine, reductiom of visual-field, desent of hearing, nephroptosis, slowing of ncuromotor conducting velocity, loss of formality in nail fold microciculation, reduction of HVA in urine etc. It was considered that all those change might be induced by the exposure of WBV.
