新时期中国中东外交思想构建研究

A Study on the Construction of China's Middle East Diplomatic Thought in the New Era

党的十八大以来,中国正在积极探索具有中国特色的大国外交思想。作为新时期中国外交思想的重要组成部分,中国的中东外交思想经过不断的积累和发展,已经基本上形成了独具特色的体系。中国中东外交思想形成的基础涉及到权力结构、利益结构、制度结构、文化基因和情感积淀等五大要素;其内容包含和平与发展、结伴不结盟、正确义利观、中阿命运共同体、政治解决热点问题等五大内涵。在新时期中国中东外交思想的指导下,中国与中东地区国家共建"一带一路"取得了初步成果,中国在中东开展了成功的全方位平衡外交,在中东的贸易、投资和援助大幅增加且结构更趋平衡合理,中阿进入全方位合作的新阶段,同时中国也为解决中东热点问题发挥了独特的第三方调解作用。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has been actively exploring the great power diplomatic thought with Chinese characteristics. As an important part of China’s diplomatic thought in the new era,China’s Middle East diplomatic thought has basically formed a unique system through continuous accumulation and development. The foundation of the formation of China’s Middle East diplomatic thought involves five elements: power structure,interest structure,institutional structure,cultural gene and emotional accumulation. The contents of China’s Middle East diplomatic thought include five connotations: peace and development,partnership rather than alliance,the right approach to justice and interests,a Community of shared future for China-Arab States,and political solution of hot issues. Under the guidance of China’s Middle East diplomatic thought in the new era,China and the Middle East countries have made initial achievements in building the'Belt and Road'. China has launched a successful all-round and balanced diplomacy in the Middle East.China’s trade,investment and assistance in the Middle East have increased significantly and its structure has become more balanced and reasonable. China and Arab countries have entered a new stage of allround cooperation. China has played a third-party mediation role in solving hot issues in the Middle East.
