风湿骨痛胶囊治疗寒湿型风湿性疾病80例

TREATMENT OF 80 CASES OF COLD-DAMPNESS TYPE RHEUMATIC DISEASES WITH FENGSHI GUTONG CAPSULE

目的 :观察风湿骨痛胶囊对寒湿型风湿性疾病的治疗作用。方法 :治疗组 80例 ,口服风湿骨痛胶囊 ,每日 3次 ,每次 4粒 ,疗程为 3周 ;对照组 4 0例 ,口服复方雪莲胶囊 ,每日 2次 ,每次 2粒 ,疗程亦为 3周。结果 :治疗组显效 10例 (12 .5 % ) ,好转 6 2例 (77.5 % ) ,总有效率 90 .0 % ;对照组显效 6例 (15 .0 % ) ,好转 2 9例 (72 .5 % ) ,总有效率 87.5 %。两组总有效率比较无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :风湿骨痛胶囊具有祛风除湿、温经散寒、活血通络之功效 。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of Fengshi Gutong capsule(FSGTC) on rheumatic diseases with cold dampness syndrome.Method:80 patients in the treatment group took FSGTC,3 times daily,4 capsules per time,the treatment course was 3 weeks.40 patients in control group took compund Xuelian capsule,2 times daily,2 capsules per time,the treatment course was also 3 weeks.Result:The obviously effective rate,improvement rate,total effective rate in treatment group were 12.5%,77.5%,90.0% respectively,while the correspondent index was 15.0%,72.5%,87.5% respectively in control group.The total effective rate was not different between the two groups(P>0.05).Result:FSGTC can eliminate wind and dampness,expelpathogenic cold from channel,promote blood circulation to remove obstruction in the channels,and has a good therapeutic effect on all kinds of rheumatic diseases differentiated as cold dampness syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.
