In reviewing the course and characteristics of the institutional evolution in agricultural land,we are given enlightening relevations:higher degree of individualization and a well defined right of property prove to be efficient.It has represented the basic direction for the innovation in our institition of agriculatural land to entrust to peasants the right of operation on land and emphasize the core position of the contract right of land in the structure of the right of property.
