An Analysis of Taiyan Zhang's Political Parties' Thought

章太炎出自革命党 ,在民初却与立宪派、官僚势力联系密切。他曾经热衷于组党 ,却又迅速趋于冷漠。章太炎对政党和政党政治的认识有两个特点 :一是零碎 ,不系统 ,二是前后矛盾。从他的言行中 ,人们既可以观察民初政治生活的复杂场景 ,也可体味政治人物在追求和实践政党政治。

As a member of revolutionary party, Taiyan Zhang has intimate relationship with the Constitutionalists and the feudal bureaucracy in the early Republic of China. He once devoted himself to the construction of the parties, but abandoned it quickly. The two characteristics of his recognition about the political parties and the relative politics are fragmentary and unsystematic, which is contradictory . From his words and his behavior, we could get to understand the complication of the political life in the early Republic of China and to know the bitters and distress from the process in which the politicians were pursuing and practising political party politics.
