摘要
文章论述了我国现行工资的基本职能,提出了若干合理化建议,探索如何进一步发挥工资的杠杆作用,促进人才合理流动。
The paper discusses the functions of the present wages of China and some reasonable proposals are given on how to give full play to the leaver function of the wages and to promote flow of professionals.
