创造性思维是有创见的思维活动。编辑工作是一种具有创意的社会工作 ,它的职责在于文化积淀与传播 ,是一种功在当代 ,泽被后世的创造性劳动。学报编辑处在传播和积累时代最新文化的阵地 ,他们的社会角色定位要求他们的思维活动必须是创造性思维 ,且这一思维贯穿于学报编辑的全过程 ,对此本文从多方面进行了阐述 。

Creative mind is mental activity. The editing is a social work involving creativity and imagination, whose work task is to add to the cultural accumulation. Therefore, for an editing is so creative as to benefit the next generations, the editing work of academic journal is now on the front of spreading and accumulating of the latest cultural information. Its social rule demands creativity, which should go through all the editing process. Accordingly, this paper will discuss this aspect and point out the importance of creative mind and what will lead to the creative mind as well.
