The Influnce of ASEAN Safety and Cooperation Form on the State Safety of China

东南亚联盟国家的安全合作形式和机制是亚太地区区域性合作的成功典范。从地缘政治的角度来看,东盟作为距离中国最近的一个有较大影响的国际组织,其安全合作对于中国的国家安全必然产生重要影响。但东盟国家由于其内在条件的局限,以及近年来东南亚因遭受金融危机的打击,对于中国这样一个地区大国,尚不愿意采取公开对抗的态度,因此,东盟不是中国的对手,更非敌人,而是我们可以长期进行合作的伙伴,也是稳定我国周边环境的一道不可或缺的屏障。

The form and the System of ASEAN safety and cooperation is a successful example for Asia and Pacific Ocean countries' cooperations. To see from geopolitics point of view, the safety and the cooperation of ASEAN certainly has its important effect on the state safety of China for the reason of being the nearest international organization of deeper influnce on China, but the ASEAN are limited by their inner conditions and were suffered by the finacial crisis of the Southeast Asia, So they are not willing to see the situation of confrontation between China such a rigional great nation,therefore, ASEAN is not an opponent to China,neither an enemy of her,but a long term cooperating partner,as well as a protective screen of environment that can't be probably short of surounded China.
