摘要
阐述了紫外线对食品等损坏机制 ,分析了解决的办法 ,着重论述了可吸收紫外线的透明包装材料的特性、制备及应用。希望能促进这一新型包装材料和技术的发展。
Since ultraviolet rays(UV) ,as a kind of electromagnetic wave, has great utilization to the properties of goods especially foods and fibe product, anti UV packaging is very important, and the material is the key,especially the packaging material of transparent and anti UV. In this paper,the disabling mechanics of UV to foods and solving methods are analyzed and the special properties, processes and applications are elaborated for absorbing UV and transparent packaging materials.
