PCR方法诊断鸡传染性喉气管炎病毒的研究

摘要
根据已报导的鸡传染性喉气管炎病毒（ＩＬＴＶ）的基因序列及引物设计原则，设计且合成了一对引物，建立了ＩＬＴＶ的ＰＣＲ诊断方法。本方法具有简便、快速、敏感性高、特导性强的特点。
