摘要
修改后的刑事诉讼法对于加强我国刑事诉讼民主性、科学性，提高律师辩护质量，切实维护犯罪嫌疑人的合法权益，起了积极作用。但我国刑事诉讼与国际标准还有一定的距离。本文拟在刑事诉讼侦查阶段对律师诉讼权利和犯罪嫌疑人的相应人权保护，从现状、发展的角度提出几点思考。
The amended Crimina1 Procedure Law plays a positive ro1e in reinforcing its democratic and scientific quali- ty. improving the lawyers' defense effect, feasibly protecting the criminal suspect's 1egal rights. But there is still some deficiency in China's criminal suit. The writer of this paper gives his own ideas concerning the protection of lawyers' right to sue and criminal suspects' corresponding human rights during the investigation phase.
