腹腔镜病灶切除术后亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐后续治疗子宫腺肌病的临床价值

Clinical Value of Leuprorelin Combined with Mirena in Follow-Up Treatment of Uterine Adenomyosis after Laparoscopic Focal Resection

目的:探讨腹腔镜病灶切除术后亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐后续治疗子宫腺肌病的临床价值。方法:将90例腹腔镜病灶切除术后子宫腺肌病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组术后单纯给予亮丙瑞林,观察组则采用亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐后续治疗,比较两组治疗效果及出院时间、住院费用。结果:观察组总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05);观察组出院时间、住院费用均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组痛经评分、月经量PBAC评分、生活质量评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜病灶切除术后亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐后续治疗子宫腺肌病的临床价值肯定,可有效减轻和缓解痛经,改善月经情况,提高患者的生活质量,促进患者康复和出院,值得推广和应用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of leuprorelin combined with mirena in follow-up treatment of uterine adenomyosis after laparoscopic focal resection. Methods: 90 cases of patients with uterine ademomyosis who accepted laparoscopic focal resection were randomly divided into observation group(n=45) and control group(n=45), the control group only treated with leuprorelin after surgery while observation group with leuprorelin and mirena, compared the therapeutic effect and discharge time, hospitalization expenses of the two groups. Results: The overall response rate of observation group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 77.78% that of control group(P<0.05);the discharge time and hospitalization expenses of observation were significantly less than those of control group(P<0.05);the improvement of dysmenorrhea score, PBAC score and life quality score in observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of leuprorelin combined with mirena in follow-up treatment of uterine adenomyosis after laparoscopic focal resection can effectively relief dysmenorrhea, improve patients’ menstrual condition and quality of life and promotion their recovery and discharging from hospital, which has a definite clinical value and deserves promotion and application.
