Treatment Based on Syndrome Differentiation and Disease Differentiation of Functional Diarrhea: Clinical Research Progress

功能性腹泻是现代医学中较为多见的胃肠疾病,其发病机制不明确,临床主要以清热化湿、健脾止泻为主进行治疗,中医药治疗功能性腹泻有着显著优势。本文从功能性腹泻的病因病机、辨证治疗及辨病治疗等方面论述了功能性腹泻目前的研究进展。

Functional diarrhea is one of the most common gastrointestinal diseases in modern medicine, which pathogenesis is still not clear and mainly treated by principle of clearing heat and eliminating dampness, invigorating spleen to arrest diarrhea, traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in treatment of functional diarrhea. From the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation of functional diarrhea, this article has discussed the current research progress of the disease.
