银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗颈心综合征临床研究

Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsules in Treatment of Cervical-Cardiac syndrome Syndrome

目的:探讨银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗颈心综合征的临床疗效。方法:将43例颈心综合征患者随机分为治疗组(21例)和对照组(22例),治疗组予银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗,对照组则服用复方丹参片,治疗1个疗程后观察两组患者临床疗效及心电图、心肌酶改善情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床疗效、心电图、心肌酶等均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:银丹心脑通治疗颈心综合征疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsules for cervicicardiac syndrome. Methods: 43 cases of patients with cervical-cardiac syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(n=21) and control group(n=22), the treatment group treated with Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsules oral administration while control group with compound Danshen tablets, observed the effiacy and improvement of EEG and myocardial enzymes. Results: After treatment, the efficacy, EEG and myocardial enzymes of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsules has definite curative effect on cervical-cardiac syndrome, which deserves clinical promotion and application.
