优质护理干预对偏执型精神分裂症患者婚姻质量的影响

Effect of quality nursing intervention on marriage quality in patients with paranoid schizophrenia

目的:分析研究优质护理干预在偏执型精神分裂症患者婚姻质量的影响。方法:选择2016年6月～2018年6月本院治疗的偏执型精神分裂症患者72例,随机分为对照组与观察组各36例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理干预,对比分析这两组患者的护理效果。结果:护理后,两组患者的婚姻质量、社会功能评分均较护理前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组护理后的婚姻质量、社会功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理3个月后、护理6个月后,两组患者的ITAQ评分均较护理前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组护理后的ITAQ评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预能有效改善患者婚姻质量,临床效果显著。

Objective: To analyze the effects of quality nursing intervention on marital quality in patients with paranoid schizophrenia. Methods: 72 patients with paranoid schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(36 cases) and the observation group(36 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group implemented quality nursing intervention to compare and analyze the nursing effects of these two groups of patients. Results: After nursing, the marital quality and social function score of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the pre-nursing(P<0.05), and the marital quality and social function score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). After 3 months of nursing and 6 months of nursing, the ITAQ scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing(P<0.05), and the ITAQ scores of the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of marriage and has a significant clinical effect.
